Please be sure to give all the information required: - type of service you would like to purchase for your gift
- method of payment preferred (personal check* or credit card**)
- name and full mailing address of recipient if Certificate is to be mailed direct
- message you wish to be included if Certificate is to be mailed direct to recipient (e.g. Happy Birthday, etc)
- your full mailing address if Certificate is to be mailed to you
- daytime phone number
- indicate "Gift Certificate" in the subject line
*payments by personal check will take longer as we will wait for the check to clear before mailing out the Gift Certificate
